REAL PRODUCTION RECORDS

Eight principal manufacturing stages.

Moulds are designed, machined and prepared for the specified product model and plate geometry.

Plate material, frame material and related semi-finished parts are prepared and processed to the production plan.

Plates are laser cut, pressed to shape and checked for dimensions and surface condition.

Sealing gaskets are moulded, trimmed, sorted and inspected for forming quality.

Fixed and movable pressure plates, guide bars and associated components are machined.

Matching gaskets are fitted to the correct plates according to the model and operating duty.

The frame, plate pack, connections and fasteners are assembled into the complete unit.

The finished unit, accessories, transport protection and delivery documents are checked before dispatch.

CONTROL PLAN

Real production photographs show the principal stages used to control materials, parts, assembly and delivery preparation.

Material grade, thickness and batch identity are checked before production.

Machined frame and connection components are checked against the applicable drawing.

Plate profile, port geometry and formed surfaces are checked during production.

Compound, moulding quality, outline and fixing details are reviewed for the required model.

Plate sequence, frame alignment, tightening condition and product appearance are verified before release.

The completed unit and accompanying parts are checked and prepared for protected transport.
